Services

Beauty Ink Services LLC, operating as Beauty Ink PMU & Tattoo Studio, provides permanent makeup and tattoo services including Structural Brow Design, Brow Corrections, Lip Blush, Lip Neutralization, PMU Correction, Skin Renewal, and Tattoo services. All services require a consultation prior to treatment.

Appointments & Consultations

All services are by appointment only. A consultation is required before any procedure. We reserve the right to decline service to any client who does not meet our evaluation criteria, including for medical contraindications, unrealistic expectations, or other professional judgment factors.

SMS Messaging Terms

Beauty Ink Services LLC sends text messages to clients who have explicitly opted in through our website form. Messages include appointment confirmations, reminders, consultation updates, and promotional offers (for marketing opt-in only).

How to opt out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to +1 301-872-3339. After you send STOP we will confirm your unsubscription and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again through our website.

Booking Fees & Deposits

To secure your appointment at Beauty Ink PMU & Tattoo Studio, a non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of scheduling.

• A $50 booking fee is required to reserve your appointment and is collected at the time of scheduling.
• The booking fee is applied toward the total cost of your service upon completion.
• The booking fee is non-refundable in all circumstances except as outlined in our Refund Policy.
• The booking fee remains valid through one (1) rescheduling of your appointment with proper notice (see Cancellation Policy).
• If you fail to attend your appointment or cancel with less than 48 hours notice, the booking fee is forfeited and a new $50 booking fee is required to rebook.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At Beauty Ink PMU & Tattoo Studio, all appointments are reserved exclusively for you. To maintain a high level of service and availability, the following policy applies:

• A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to reschedule your appointment.
• Appointments may be rescheduled up to one (1) time only and must be requested by phone call.
• Changes made with less than 48 hours notice will result in the loss of your booking fee.
• Same-day cancellations are non-refundable and require a new booking fee to reschedule.
• Your booking fee secures your appointment and is applied toward your service when you proceed.

No-Show Policy

A no-show is defined as failing to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, or arriving more than 30 minutes late without contacting the studio.

Consequences of a no-show

• Your booking fee is forfeited.
• A new booking fee is required to schedule another appointment.
• The studio reserves the right to decline future bookings after multiple no-show occurrences.

Late Arrival Policy

We respect every client's scheduled time. PMU and tattoo procedures require the full scheduled duration to ensure precise design, proper preparation, and quality execution. To maintain a quality experience for all clients, the following late arrival policy applies:

• A 15-minute grace period is provided. Please notify us by phone if you anticipate being late.
• Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service to accommodate following appointments, at the artist's discretion.
• Arriving more than 30 minutes late will be treated as a no-show and may require rescheduling with a new booking fee.
• Late arrivals do not extend appointment end times or affect pricing.

Touch-Up Policy

Touch-ups are an essential part of permanent makeup and tattoo work to maintain long-lasting, refined results. Our touch-up policy is designed around the natural lifecycle of pigment in your skin.

Maintenance Schedule

• Touch-ups are recommended every two (2) years to refresh color saturation and refine the original design.
• All touch-up sessions are paid services at refresh pricing (lower than the initial procedure cost).
• Touch-up appointments require the standard $50 booking fee, applied toward the touch-up service.
• Individual results may vary — skin type, lifestyle, sun exposure, and aftercare all affect when a refresh becomes necessary.

Booking Your Touch-Up

• Touch-up appointments must be booked in advance through our standard booking process.
• The Cancellation, No-Show, and Late Arrival policies apply equally to touch-up sessions.
• A consultation may be required before a touch-up if more than two years have passed since your last service.

Work Performed by Other Artists

• Touch-ups for permanent makeup or tattoo work performed by other artists are not handled as touch-ups.
• These cases are evaluated during a paid consultation and priced as PMU Correction services.
• Pricing for correction work differs from refresh pricing and is provided after evaluation.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

• Services that have been initiated or completed.
• Booking fees in cases of no-show or cancellation with less than 48 hours notice.
• Touch-up sessions that have been scheduled and missed.
• Dissatisfaction with subjective results that fall within the range of professional execution.

Exceptions may be considered in cases of documented medical emergencies, subject to studio discretion and proper documentation.
