1. Services Beauty Ink Services LLC provides permanent makeup services including Structural Brow Design, Brow Corrections, Lip Blush, and Lip Neutralization. All services require a consultation prior to treatment.
2. Appointments & Consultations All services are by appointment only. A consultation is required before any procedure. We reserve the right to decline service to any client who does not meet our evaluation criteria.
3. SMS Messaging Terms Beauty Ink Services LLC sends text messages to clients who have explicitly opted in through our website form. Messages include appointment confirmations, reminders, consultation updates, and promotional offers (for marketing opt-in only).
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text "STOP" to +1 301-806-4273. After you send "STOP" we will confirm your unsubscription and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again through our website.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy At Beauty Ink PMU Studio, all appointments are reserved exclusively for you.
To maintain a high level of service and availability, the following policy applies:
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to reschedule your appointment.
Appointments may be rescheduled up to one (1) time only and must be requested by phone call.
Changes made with less than 48 hours notice will result in the loss of your booking fee.
No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable and require a new booking fee to reschedule.
Your booking fee secures your appointment and is applied toward your service if you proceed.

5. Refund Policy All sales are final. No refunds are issued after a procedure has been performed. Booking fees are non-refundable in cases of no-show or cancellation with less than 48 hours notice.
